Fried olives

Ingredients

  • 1 cup KALOGIROS green olives, drained
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1⁄2 cup dried bread crumbs
  • Olive oil

Instructions
Coat olives in beaten egg. Roll olives in dried bread crumbs. Fry in olive oil over high heat until golden. Drain and serve warm.
